Begin by booking an introductory meeting, called a No Sweat Intro, with one of our knowledgeable coaches.
Attend our Foundation sessions, where we assess your abilities and help you acclimate to our gym environment.

Determine whether you prefer private, group, or a hybrid client experience.

How do we ensure your commitment?
Our coaches will regularly check in with you during your sessions.
Our Client Success Manager will provide additional support and accountability.We celebrate your achievements, track your class attendance, and commemorate important milestones like anniversaries and birthdays.

Get ready to watch a dancing show when she is coaching. She got her start teaching dance fitness and then quickly fell in love with everything fitness.

She has been coaching for more than 10 years. Back in her younger years she competed in college as a pole vaulter and also coaches at Pinckney High School. Now she loves to help others find a love for fitness.

The best part of her day is when she can sit down with a new member in their No Sweat Intro and show them a path for them to reach their goals. She has multiple certifications from nutrition coaching, metabolic testing to weight lifting. And she’s always looking for the next thing in fitness that will help her members.

Head Coach

You will see Carie in the gym coaching yoga, group and private sessions. She is the jack of all trades. Her warmth and positivity will put you in a better mood. Carie is ready and able to help each member achieve their goals and she will put you on the best path forward.

You can count on Carie working hard right beside you in class. She understands you have to put in the work to get the results you want whether its at the gym or at home.

She is a mix of sweet and spicy. Her workouts are always high energy and she will always look to spice it up even more. Check her out in our Riot classes to pump up your fitness.

She is very organized and will keep anyone on task. So be sure you bring 100% to classes cause that is what she expects from you.

Her life journey is what motivates her everyday to be the very best she can be. Nichole started taking her health very seriously and has so much passion for helping others get on a better path not just in the gym but as a healthier lifestyle.

She is currently working towards her nutrition certification so she can help clients even more.

Putting jokes aside….well no he can’t. Josh is always cracking jokes in class and making our members laugh. It’s the best medicine when he expects PR’s and you to push yourself hard in his classes. His favorite thing to coach is GRIT so he can really help members achieve those performance goals.

When he is not at the gym he coaches high school physical education. He enjoys helping teens develop a love for fitness and most importantly how to do it with the correct form.

Lacie Latson coach at TRV|FIT Fowlerville

Expect nothing less than the best from Lacie. She is a hometown farm girl who knows how to work hard and expects the same from our members. She will challenge you in class and motivate you everyday to be your best self.

You will most likely see Josh and Lacie engage in friendly banter in class which keeps the energy light and fun. Outside of the gym she is a master at making dogs look their best self as well as a dog groomer. 

Cause pups deserve to be their best too.

Don’t let her small stature fool you, she brings intensity into her classes. She has a way of making you feel like the most important person in the room and that is why our members love her so much.

You will find Katie working hard outside of classes creating workouts that will keep you on your toes and pushing yourself.

Jason Westergard coach at TRV|FIT Fowlerville

Jason Westergard


Jason brings lots of group fitness experience to our gym. He loves to be in front of classes leading and creating new formats to help members achieve their goals. Be watching for semi-private and private training options to work out with him.

He recently moved to Fowlerville with his family and he is very excited to be a part of this community.

John Spisz


Underneath those tattoos John is a humble man who wants to push himself to be his best version. He’s a member that turned to coach because he wants to be able to help others achieve their goals.

If John isn’t working towards his next PR you will catch him watching his kids play their sports. Family guy is what he is about.

Krista Farmer


You will see Krista pop up on our calendar every couple of weeks when she is back in town. Krista brings a positive light and motivation to her classes and loves to help others reach their goals.
