Membership Hold Options:
We understand that there are circumstances in life when you need to temporarily pause your gym membership rather than cancel it. At Exalt Fitness, we offer two options for putting your membership on hold:
1) Medical Leave (With Doctor’s Recommendation):
If you are facing medical issues that prevent you from using our facilities, we provide the option to put your membership on hold.
To utilize this option, you may be required to provide a doctor’s note outlining your medical condition and the recommended period for which you should refrain from exercising. This helps us ensure your safety and a smooth return to your fitness routine.
Our hope is to support your journey back to the gym as soon as you are able to, assisting you in getting back to your normal workout schedule once your doctor advises it.
2) Long-Term Leave (Up to 4 Weeks):
We understand that some members may take extended vacations or leaves from work. In such cases, you can put your membership on hold for a period of up to 4 weeks without any additional fees.
If your leave exceeds 4 weeks, you will be required to complete one-on-one session(s) with one of our fitness instructors before safely reintroducing you to the gym environment. This ensures that you resume your fitness routine safely and effectively.
If you decide to return to Exalt Fitness and have left for more than 4 weeks, you will be required to complete one-on-one session(s) with one of our fitness instructors before safely reintroducing you to the gym environment. This ensures that you resume your fitness routine safely and effectively.
Once submitted a new page will pop up showing that your request was received.
