Focus on full body with low impact. Geared towards individuals who want to improve overall balance.

YOGA

Focus on full body with emphasis on mobility and flexibility.

DANCE

Focus on full body with emphasis dancing. easy to follow choreography to make you feel like you are in the club but with a workout.

OPEN GYM

Non-coach lead session. Ideal for a seasoned member who understands movement. This time is allowed for members to use the gym to work on skills or to train.
